Return Policy

Items purchased from MelaandKera.com must be returned to Melaandkera.com. We can only accept refunds & returns for unopened or gently used items purchased from Melaandkera.com and must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of product and with the original sales receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.

Mela & Kera does NOT cover costs of shipping on returns.
Refunds can take up to 7-10 full business days, not including your bank’s processing time.
